What is the contract term?
All plans require a 12-month minimum commitment. This allows us to provide proper white-glove onboarding, dedicated support, and the custom integrations included in your plan. Discounts are available for 24- and 36-month contracts.
Who owns the data?
You retain full ownership of all your data at all times. Your conversation data, knowledge base content, and customer information are never used to train shared models. Data is stored in your private, isolated environment.
Are there setup fees?
A one-time setup fee applies, ranging from €0 to €25,000 depending on the complexity of your requirements — including custom integrations, data migrations, and channel configurations. We scope this during your initial consultation so there are no surprises.
What if I operate in multiple countries or have multiple brands?
Lobbi supports multi-entity setups for organizations with multiple brands, regions, or countries. Each entity gets its own isolated environment with separate bots, channels, and knowledge bases. Additional entities may incur extra costs depending on the scope — contact sales for a tailored quote.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial. For qualifying projects, we offer a paid 3-month pilot phase where we configure a full production environment with your actual use cases, channels, and data. The pilot is fully paid for by the customer and serves as a commitment-light way to evaluate Lobbi before signing a long-term contract.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and enterprise billing arrangements. Annual invoicing is available on all plans. Contact sales for custom payment terms on enterprise contracts.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade your plan at any time — the change takes effect immediately and pricing is prorated.
Is voice transcription included?
Yes. Post-call transcription with dual-channel speaker separation (customer and agent on separate tracks) is included in all plans at no extra cost. Transcripts are linked to tickets and searchable from the admin dashboard.
What security features are included?
All plans include two-factor authentication (TOTP), AI safety guardrails with prompt injection and jailbreak detection, complete audit logging, role-based access control, and SSO. Enterprise plans add tenant-level IP whitelisting with login auditing and custom AI safety rules.
